Shipping and delivery

Make sure you have filled in your phone correctly when ordering so that the carrier can contact you

Shipping of our fur products is free of charge and it’s handled by DHL. Once your products are shipped, you receive a mail with the tracking number.

Delivery of orders from www.askiofashion.com to our partner courier company takes place daily Monday to Friday, from 09:00 to 19:00 (Mondays, Wednesdays and Saturdays shipments until 13.30)

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I’m not responsible for delays due to customs.

Delivery time

Upon completion of your order, shipment takes place immediately and delivery to the customer takes 2-3 business days for large urban centers and 3-7 business days for inaccessible areas. For areas designated as ‘inaccessible’ by the courier, this time may vary.

(*) Shipment times may vary due to irregularities such as: unavailability of product, special treatment, strikes, shipping delays, holidays, holidays, etc.

(*) Money orders from the bank must be confirmed for orders placed with a bank account.
